OnePlus 9 is bricking issue Android 12 beta

The Android 12 beta for Pixel and some non-Pixel phones, including OnePlus’s, has just been made available by Google.

There are a few non-Pixel phones on the list, in addition to the Pixel phones that are getting a taste of Android 12’s first beta.OnePlus is also on this list because it announced the beta program for its most recent OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro smartphones shortly after the public beta was made available.

In a tweet, Android Police’s Mark Weinbach said that when he tried to download the latest Android beta, his OnePlus 9 and Mi 11 bricked.He advises people who have non-Pixel phones not to install the update and to wait for fixes.

OnePlus decided to take action as a result of the issue, and the download links are currently unavailable.The update was made public via the OnePlus Forums by a OnePlus employee.The possibility of bricking the current OnePlus flagships is also mentioned in the Android 12 beta announcement post.

For those who are unaware, the Android 12 beta has been announced for a number of phones manufactured by other companies, including Realme, Oppo, Xiaomi, and Oppo.
