However, as I stand here with the iPhone 13 Pro in my hands, I am asking myself the same question that I did when I held the iPhone 12 Pro last year: Is the most recent iPhone simply that much better than the best that Android flagship phones currently have to offer?
If I’m being completely honest, I’ve noticed that my response has been increasingly negative over the past few years. But will the iPhone 13 Pro continue that trend this year, or will I finally come to realize that there are smartphones and then there is the iPhone?

I’ll try to answer this question myself in this review, which I hope will help you decide if the iPhone 13 Pro is the right phone for you. Therefore, without further ado, let’s move on to the iPhone 13 Pro review.
DISPLAY:
The iPhone 13 Pro’s large, bold, and stunning display is, in my opinion, its most striking feature.
The 6.1-inch display found on the iPhone 13 Pro is identical to that found on the iPhone 13. These are identical Super Retina OLED panels with a resolution of 1170 x 2532 pixels. Well, the first part of the question has a straightforward response. We found the iPhone 13 Pro’s display to be one of the best we’ve used in a long time during our time with it. It has a lively appearance, the colors pop, and it gets a lot brighter without losing its color accuracy. In this regard, the iPhone 13 Pro lives up to Apple’s claim that it delivers excellent visual experiences at all times and in all conditions.
However, when we tested the phone’s display with the Calman Ultimate and Spectracal C6 colorimeters, things started to get a little bit out of hand. For the first, we have a notch that is roughly 20% smaller than it was before. Even though this isn’t always visible, it definitely helps make the phone experience more real when you’re watching a movie or playing games. Although the latter has less of an effect on the phone’s aesthetics, it is still the most significant design improvement over the iPhone 12 Pro from last year. Other design tweaks have been made, but they do not improve the phone’s appearance.

For instance, Apple claims that the Ceramic Shield installed on top of the display on the iPhone 13 Pro is more resistant than other screen security options. It also has IP68 water and dust protection to help keep it safe from many bad things.
BATTERY LIFE AND PERFORMANCE:
When it comes to performance, the iPhone 13 Pro also has a lot to offer. This is due to the fact that the new phone offers an upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro’s already powerful chipset. Although Apple’s new A15 Bionic SoC, which promises significant improvements over its predecessor and, more importantly, its biggest rival, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, is included in the iPhone 13 Pro, that’s not all there is to it.
The GPU is where this new chipset makes the biggest improvements to performance; the A15 Bionic is said to perform better than its predecessor. The fact that the A15 Bionic chip used in the iPhone 13 Pro is also an upgrade from the chip used in this year’s non-pro models of the iPhone 13 series is even more intriguing. Certainly in terms of pure processing power, that is the case.
This is because the iPhone 13 Pro’s A15 Bionic now has an additional GPU core in addition to the iPhone 13’s four core GPU. But does this mean that the iPhone 13 Pro will perform better in real-world scenarios and benchmarks?
The performance was comparable to that of the iPhone 13, and games ran flawlessly on the device in real-world use. We played Call of Duty Mobile and Asphalt 9 Legends on the phone while Gamebench was running in the background, and both games worked perfectly. Other GPU benchmarks, such as GFXBench and 3D Mark WildLife, experienced the same result. Because the scores for both of the benchmarks were higher on the iPhone 13 Pro than they were on the iPhone 13, it appeared that the iPhone 13 Pro was making use of the additional GPU core.


The iPhone 13 Pro, on the other hand, scored slightly lower than the iPhone 13 on other benchmarks like AnTuTu and Geekbench for some reason. We don’t know what caused this, but our best guess is that the iPhone 13’s A15 Bionic chip is probably better optimized than the iPhone 13 Pro’s additional GPU.
During our performance testing, we also looked at the iPhone 13 Pro’s battery life. The iPhone 13 Pro emerged victorious in this regard, as was anticipated from the results. During our time with the iPhone 13 Pro, we had excellent standby times and the phone lasted well over a day with moderate use. The A15 Bionic’s well-optimized chipset and the phone’s LTPO display, which allows for variable refresh rates and consequently longer battery life, are two contributing factors to this performance. The phone also has a big 3,095mAh battery, which is an upgrade from the one on the iPhone 12 Pro. This helps the newer device show that it has a better battery. The only issue we have with this phone is that it only supports 20W of true modern-day fast charging.

CAMERAS:
