OPPO Reno7 5G and Reno7 Pro 5G

As promised, OPPO has just introduced the Reno7 5G and Reno7 Pro 5G smartphones in the Reno7 series in India. The Reno7’s 6.43-inch screen and the Reno7 Pro’s 6.55-inch screen are both made of OLED and have a refresh rate of 90 Hz. MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC powers the OPPO Reno7, while Dimensity 1200-Max powers the Reno7 Pro, promising enhanced display, enhanced imaging, and improved video clarity. Based on Android 11, these use ColorOS 12, and the company claims that Android 12 will be available in the first to second quarter of 2022.

The brand-new 32MP IMX709 selfie sensor is present in the Reno7 Pro. It is a custom RGBW (red, blue, green, white) front image sensor that can take crisper photos and videos with an even exposure; When compared to conventional RGB sensors, It is 30% quieter and 60% more sensitive to light.

At the point when the Reno7’s front camera recognizes multiple individuals in the viewfinder, it naturally changes from a 85° to a 90° plot for selfies. Camera algorithms also separate the subject in the foreground, detect light sources in the background to create a soft lens flare, and finally blur the background to create a Bokeh flare effect that looks more natural in portraits.

The large IMX766 rear sensor on the Reno7 Pro 5G lets you take better photos and videos by capturing more light. According to OPPO, it also has 26 bokeh levels that can be adjusted. In addition, it has Bokeh Flare Portrait video, which, like the Reno 6 series, accurately identifies the human subject against any complex background.

DOL-HDR technology is supported by both the rear and front cameras, allowing for the capture of detailed low-light videos and well-exposed images with a wider dynamic range; The cameras combine several short- and long-exposure frames almost simultaneously to produce a single vivid image.

Additionally, the camera module is surrounded by first-of-their-kind 3D “breathing” lights on the Reno7 Pro. At the point when the telephone gets a call, a message, or is charging, a fiber with a breadth of 1 mm is twisted to approach the camera region and emanates delicate, throbbing lights.

The OPPO Glow design technology enables the phone’s glass back cover to achieve two seemingly contradictory properties: a shiny appearance and a matte texture. These make the phone resistant to fingerprints and stains. According to OPPO, the Reno7 series’ AG glass back cover has been etched with fine textures that are as small as 20 microns in size using the more recent LDI technology.

It also said that the back of each device has 1.2 million micro-etchings that make it look like thousands of stars are shining across the sky, complete with long tails of light. The phones have a brushed finish and a matte feel in the hand thanks to these micron-scale etchings. The Reno7 Pro has a middle frame made of aluminum that is not only strong but also lightweight. It also has a flat edge design, which makes it easier to hold and use.

Reno 6 has 8GB in addition to 3GB/5GB of extra memory, while the Reno7 Pro has 12GB of RAM that can be extended with 3GB/5GB/7GB. The Reno7 Pro has X-pivot direct engine. With 65W SUPERVOOC charging technology and a 4500mAh battery, the phones can be charged to 100% in 31 minutes.
