Xiaomi’s Redmi has just released the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ smartphones in India, just like they said they would. These have a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen that supports Dolby Vision, has a fast 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch response rate, and 1920Hz dimming for brightness control. The bottom edge of the screen is very slim at just 2.9mm
The Redmi Note 12 Pro has a 50MP camera from Sony that helps take clearer pictures. The Note 12 Pro+ has an even better 200MP camera from Samsung that combines pixels for better photos. Both phones have image stabilization. They have an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP close-up camera.
The Note 12 Pro+ has a special 7P lens and uses a top-quality anti-glare coating. The company says this helps to make pictures look much better.
These devices use a Dimensity 1080 chip and can have up to 12GB of RAM. They also have a cooling system that helps manage heat. Both models have a glass back. The Stardust Purple color in the Note 12 Pro has tiny dots under the glass.
The Note 12 Pro+ has a 4980mAh battery and charges quickly at 120W. It uses a Surging P1 chip, which lets it reach a full charge in just 19 minutes when using the included 120W GaN charger. The Note 12 Pro has a 5000mAh battery and charges quickly at 67W. It can get to 50% charge in just 15 minutes and fully charge in 46 minutes.
